September 19, 2008Upcoming (and current) cool stuff...!
I've been getting so wrapped up with The Project That Cannot Be Named, I sort of lose track of other things I've worked on that are finally coming down the pike. Thankfully, I have this list of projects, release dates and links compiled out of the goodness of her heart by my girlfriend, which I'm passing along to you. The list, you pervs--not the girlfriend. I would have used "whom I'm passing" if that were the case, not "which," but I digress...
BLUE DRAGON (TV)
I recently voiced an Innkeeper who won the jackpot in the Shadow lottery, so to speak. ;p Check out episode 18 on Toonami Jetstream through September 22nd.
TALES OF VESPERIA (XBOX 360)
I'm not voicing Clint (as some folks online have theorized), but I did get a chance to reprise Dhaos in a battle cameo, so good times!
KAMICHU! & PARADISE KISS BOX SETS
If you didn't pick up either (or both) of these titles back during Geneon's salad days, don't fret--they're both slated to hit the streets on September 23rd, thanks to FUNImation.
ERGO PROXY BOX SET
Again, praise be to FUNImation for saving this stylish gem from a dusty death. Go out and buy it starting October 7th!
ETERNAL SONATA (PS3) & CASTLEVANIA: ORDER OF ECCLESIA (DS)
The fact that both of these are being released on the same day--October 21st--makes me with I could go back and swap voices between the two projects. You'd have a very pensive vampire lord and the most bad-ass tubercular composer the world has ever known...
NEVERLAND CARD BATTLES (PSP) & OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB BOX SET (SEASON ONE)
...and me with neither a PSP nor a Belzenef puppet. The world is a cruel place, 'tis.
TALES OF PHANTASIA: THE ANIMATION
Again, props to FUNImation for giving this four-episode OVA I directed a few years back a new lease on distributive life starting November 25th.
MANA KHEMIA: ALCHEMISTS OF AL-REVIS (PSP)
Fact: "Mana Khemia" is actually Hawaiian for "I still won't have a PSP," making this January 9th release a wee bit tangential to my own personal gaming plans (but cool nonetheless).

September 14, 2008
Halfway through September...? Really? Really?!
Would anybody be surprised if I said I was working on projects that I'm not yet allowed to talk about? What makes this any different from usual is the scope of one of them. I'll be yodeling about it nonstop once I'm given the go-ahead, trust me...
Let's see...is there anything I can mention? Well, I did some voice-work for the English dub of an upcoming live-action release, which was a new and exciting experience for me.
I suppose it wouldn't be too much of a spoiler to mention the upcoming release (October 21) of Eternal Sonata on the PS3, given that the Xbox 360 version's been out for at least a year now. I can't speak for everyone, but I went in to record a significant amount of new dialogue for the PS3 version, so folks who've already gone through it once might want to consider a second play-through.
Speaking of VO work, it's worth mentioning that a number of Geneon series are getting a new lease on distributive life, thanks to FUNImation--Ergo Proxy, Paradise Kiss, and Kamichu, for example. I think they may have rescued Tales of Phantasia also, but I'm not sure of that. No sign of Girls Bravo in the life-raft, but with breasts that big, it should float of its own accord. ;)
So, after having salivated over them for the last few years, I finally bit the bullet and bought an Xbox 360--just in time to take advantage of the price drop (which, admittedly, was the deciding factor).
Not only did I buy it to experience the goodness of games such as Bioshock and Dead Rising firsthand, but so that I could finally play Eternal Sonata and Ace Combat 6, as well as a bunch of upcoming releases to which I've been lucky enough to lend my voice. Again, trust that I'll pimp them out here as soon as I can.
I signed up for Xbox Live about an hour ago, so keep your eyes peeled for Seitz Unseen. I only have a few games so far, but if you're in the mood for some co-op or head-to-head in Guitar Hero III, I'm down.
I have a few convention appearances coming up next month--Anime USA and Youmacon--both of which have had me a few times now, and both of which I always really look forward to. I'll be at Youmacon just as the first batch of Ouran DVDs hit the shelves.
