Great way to build bridges with the community, RPD...

How cynical would somebody have to be to insinuate that the following announcement's headline is a little thoughtless, given the f-word most people are probably associate (whether consciously or subconsciously) with "ready" and "aim"?

I hear that 'Cop a feel for law enforcement!' was their second choice.

Very cynical, indeed. I'm glad I'm of more optimistic stock. :p

Yeah, future isn't exactly the right f-word that comes to mind when following 'ready, aim...' Then again, the person who came up with this headline probably thought they were pretty clever to come up with the idea of changing the last word in that phrase. Little did they know...

On another note, a congratulations is in order! Your journal entry about Michelle Duggar and her large lot of offspring turned out to be a huge success. It's been a month now and you're still receiving comments. I believe this is a new record isn't it--for the category 'Most Comments Given To a Journal Entry'? Kudos to you! This calls for a celebration! =)
